Bio

With more than 30 years of distinguished service in the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), I built a career rooted in integrity, accountability, and leadership. I retired as Chief of Loss Prevention, supervising 40 loss prevention professionals across Army and Air Force installations throughout the Pacific region. In that role, I directed internal investigations involving fraud, waste, abuse, contract fraud, credit card fraud, black marketing, workers' compensation fraud, internal theft, and EEO investigations.

I later served as Chief of Loss Prevention Operations for the Pacific region and as Worldwide Director of Safety, where I was responsible for the safety, health and environmental concerns of more than 50,000 employees globally. These roles required strategic leadership, collaboration across all levels of management, and a commitment to protecting both people and resources.
Since retirement, my commitment to service has continued.

I have volunteered in disaster relief efforts with the American Red Cross and Texas Baptist Men. I have also served my local community as President of my Homeowners Association, completed three terms on the Ovilla City Council, and currently serve on the Red Oak ISD advisory committee.

My interests and advocacy focus on strengthening public education, expanding access to health insurance, addressing environmental abuses, supporting sound family financial planning, and increasing awareness of mental health needs across Texas.
I am a natural problem solver who believes that the best solutions come from listening first, cutting through the noise, and focusing on the core issue. I work effectively with people at all levels and remain committed to finding practical solutions that serve the greater good.
